Each year during Calgary Academy's Winter Carnival, students in Grades 9-12 have the opportunity to challenge our staff in a classic game of ice hockey. This event has become a tradition on the last day of school prior to winter break. In past years during intermission, stuffed animals and teddy bears were collected during the Teddy Bear Toss and donated to a local hospital. In recent years, garbage bags full of mitts, gloves, socks, toques, and scarves were collected and donated to the Mustard Seed.
