Mr. Tolsma meets with each Grade 12 student individually in the fall. A final check on courses and credits is made.

Post secondary options are explored within the student's area of interest, and a specific plan is developed. We discuss schools and program choices, admission requirements, deadlines, residence opportunities, scholarships and more. Students are invited to apply to the schools with Mr. Tolsma (a credit card is required). Supporting documentation is sent to the school. Assistance is also offered for any step in the timeline indicated on the other side of this brochure.

Students with a documented Learning Disability should consult with Student Services of their destination post secondary school prior to attending.

Finally, students are welcome back any time after graduation for continued career exploration.

Students and Parents are welcome to call any time with their questions or concerns, or to arrange for a meeting.
