Building Character

At Calgary Academy, we believe that athletic competition should be fun and also should be a significant part of sound educational program. Through our Calgary Academy Knights Sports' Teams, coaches hope to impart important life skills and promote the development of good character to our student- athletes. A goal of the Calgary Academy Knights' Athletics Program is for athletes, coaches, parents and fans to understand, embrace, and reflect the essential elements of character building in these core ethical values: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Good Citizenship.
